How Time Flies!

As E's 2nd birthday approaches, I just can't believe how much he's growing! The first picture was taken last year at his favorite park near Nanny's house. We stopped by there the other day between conference sessions and I grabbed a similar picture, just a year later. Isn't he just so sweet! He's definately out of the baby stage now. He's practically a kid! To think about what he's doing now compared to last year, it's crazy. Last year he was just learning to walk, he was always into everything, lots and lots of teething, he was saying his first words, he wouldn't ever sit still to read, and he loved his binky. This year he is running, jumping, and climbing everywhere, he can talk a lot and tell me exactly what he wants (makes my life so much better!), he can do simple skills like help me pick up and wipe the table, I can tell him no and it actually registers (sometimes), and the list could go on and on. It's amazing to see how quick he is learning and how strong of a little guy he is. I took him to the Little Gym today and the instructor there was commenting at how quick and strong he is and it's true. He is definatley on the go 24/7 and he always needs to be doing something. That's why he's perfect as "Dash" for Halloween. We're headed out to Utah soon so I'm hoping my family will be ready for him...hide your breakables!
