Sticky Work

I am up to my eyeballs in freezer jam! I went to Wal Mart yesterday to pick up a few things for Easter dinner and came across strawberries at $1 a carton. So I decided to make my yearly batch of freezer jam. I like to make a lot so I can tuck a little jar in with the meals that I take to people. It's been a long, sticky day! But freezer jam lasts at least a year in the freezer so make it once and you're good for a full year. Not bad for a days work and a great way to save!

Yum! I love to make jam, it's so much better than store-bought! Score on the strawberries, I didn't see them at that price!

I can't wait to make this years batch. Hanna loves to climb up to the freezer get a jar to eat for a snack so I am all most out of last years. I started to make them in the very small size containers so they were just the perfect snack size for her. You have made me excited to start this years batch. It is so true that it taste so much better then store bought
