Have you ever seen that infomercial for Iron Gym? It's this pull up bar that attatches to your door frame and you can do all sorts of pull ups on it. Well, E saw the infomercial the other day and noticed the guy doing the pull ups had his shirt off and you could see his muscles. Well, now E walks around the house all day without his shirt on and tells me he can't put his shirt on because he's working on his muscles. I often find him trying to do his own form of "pull up" and he tells me that he's busy doing his exercises. I seriously have to bite my cheek so I don't bust out laughing!

It's sad I never really got to know your kids...
I've always thought my kids see too many infomercials....they always look at me and say, "Mom, you want that?".

My kids worked out with me this AM. I'm not sure what got a better workout -- my abs from laughing, or the workout itself. :)
