Potty Training Day 2
It was similar to day 1, but more successes than accidents. Things are going good, but I'm seriously wondering if I will ever be able to not worry about him peeing everywhere. I keep drudging up scenarios in my mind right now of how in the world I'm going to do normal things again. Like, what do we do at church during nursery and we're both doing our callings, how can I get my VT done, when will I ever go out with him, how will he even make the drive to my mom's house, when will he ever tell he needs to go potty instead of me telling him, how much longer will my patience last, when will he ever sleep later than 6, how will we do this with a newborn, and the list goes on and on. I'm seriously having a lot of anxiety over this whole thing. What is my problem?! Well, this whole potty training thing is really bringing it home that we're having another baby and that life is ever changing. And right now some of those changes are already happening and it's already exhausting. I guess I'm having those pre-baby jitters right now. All I have to say is Potty Training right now while I'm 7 months pregnant is rough and I'm not really enjoying it.

It's ok! :) The first six weeks of the new baby will be tough, I won't lie. But after that you'll get back in your groove. I never potty trained just yet, so no advice there. But when you go VT I'm sure they will let him use their bathrooms! And just tell your nursery leaders. If it happens to be he needs to go, go and get him. Or maybe they'd take him. It'll be ok! I know it's so rough doing these hard tasks while pregnant. But if you can do it, then I can. So you've got to do it :D
You'll be FINE!!! He will figure it out. Shortly after potty training Eliza, we drove all the way to KY with no accidents. I am getting ready to start with Drew. Mom and i have decided that for one of her weeks of vacation next summer, we are coming to TX--so be ready for us!!!
It all works out trust me. Everything will be fine. If you keep consistent on the p.t. he will not or should not regress after you have the baby. Hopefully not! You are doing great remember that.
A) ALWAYS take him potty before you leave the house (he will quickly need to learn how to pee on demand).
B) A little pee never hurt anything... at least nothing I can remember.
C) They have SUPER thick undies that at least make it so they're mostly wet, and not so much your stuff.
D) Seriously, accidents end-up not being that big of a deal. And you're doing a great job.
Perhaps now you realize why I would rather re-give-birth to them, than potty train them. :)
