GOOD NEWS!!!

So after all the stress and pain in the butt of looking at floorplans and houses, we finally have some great news! We've offered on a house....and they ACCEPTED!!! We're so excited about it! So as long as everything goes well with the inspection and the appraisal, we'll have our house! It's two years old and in a really great neighborhood with a pool, walking trails, and lots of kids. We're going to have to paint the whole inside and get new carpet, but that's just the fun stuff. If everything goes as planned we'll close sometime in the middle of November, but by the time I'm done with our "improvements", we'll be in by December. Yeah!!!

Absolutly beautiful!! You are going to love it so much! I'm so excited for you.

Now the fun part of filling it up with fun things like garbage cans, extension cords, ladders...all those fun things you never needed in an apartment. (except the garbage cans)
